The main purpose of the Sales & Marketing Director is to own and lead the company's entire revenue generation function by overseeing both Sales and Marketing as one unified department. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing strategies that generate qualified leads, improve sales performance, and drive sustainable revenue growth for Hustler Marketing. This includes taking full ownership of the sales and marketing funnel, from generating the first client touchpoint to closing new business, while ensuring that every initiative, campaign, and sales process contributes to predictable and scalable growth.
