Controlar y asegurar del procedimiento de inventarios diario y mensuales de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería, centros de mesas, decorativos. Controlar y asegurar el procedimiento de reporte de EISI, seguimiento al reporte general de su departamento… Controlar y asegurar el procedimiento de mantenimiento preventivo, limpieza profunda, maquinaria del departamento de bares. Gestionar el costo asignado a su departamento. Cumplimiento del objetivo de ingreso por centro de consumo. Up-selling.…
