As a Field Application Specialist (d/f/m) you will be responsible for supporting customers of all the assays and reagents from the Roche Sequencing Solutions product portfolio. You will be the direct contact for application-related inquiries from our field staff and our customers in hospitals, research and private laboratories. You will become part of a highly qualified service team and will be working closely with the wider team and all other areas of Roche to provide excellent support for our customers. Together, we manage the rollout and support of our new SBX platform, supporting each other through peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. In our team, personal responsibility and a passion for technical precision in the field of genomics are what truly count.…
