THE JOURNEY Support the onboarding of new employees in Spain and help ensure they have access to the necessary resources and tools. Assist in ensuring employment documentation is signed according to Spanish legislation and benefits enrollment is completed. Support HR daily operations, including employee records, system updates, and document management. Assist in tracking sick leaves and ensuring our database is updated with information from Social Security and our payroll provider. Help explain benefits to new hires and current employees. Support administrative changes related to salary, benefits, promotions, bonuses, etc., and collaborate on improvements to benefits packages.…
