MISIÓN DEL PUESTO Optimización del negocio una vez el lead entra en el Contact. Este rol es clave para maximizar la conversión, eficiencia operativa y valor del funnel comercial gestionado desde Contact Center, actuando como punto de conexión entre negocio digital y operaciones. Se trata de exprimir al máximo cada lead recibido. Responsable de definir, orquestar y optimizar todo lo que ocurre desde que un lead entra en el Contact Center hasta su conversión, utilizando datos, modelos de decisión y tecnología para maximizar resultados de negocio.…
