About the role: As a Client Success Associate, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our product to a diverse portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility is to support clients throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, ensuring they maximise the benefits of our platform. You coordinate client requests, manage client deliverables, and act as a key liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure that operational needs are met efficiently.
