About the role: As a Client Success Associate, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our product to a diverse portfolio of clients. Your primary responsibility is to support clients throughout their journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, ensuring they maximise the benefits of our platform.
