🔎 Estamos buscando un/a User Acquisition Analyst con foco en performance y analítica para sumarse a nuestro equipo. Vas a trabajar de forma directa con el equipo de service, producto y data, ayudando a escalar campañas móviles y optimizar resultados a través de decisiones basadas en datos. 🚀 Los retos de la posición son: Crear, optimizar y analizar el rendimiento de campañas pagadas (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Unity, Applovin, Moloco, BidMachine, Liftoff y Mintegral). Calcular y dar seguimiento a métricas clave: CPI, LTV, ROAS, CAC, entre otras. Proponer optimizaciones de presupuesto por canal, país o audiencia. Ejecutar y analizar A/B tests de creatividades, landings y audiencias. Construir y mantener dashboards e informes periódicos.…
