En la unidad de Fortinet de Telefónica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech se ejecutan implantaciones y provisiones de la mayoría de los productos del portfolio del fabricante. ¿CÓMO SERÁ TU DÍA A DÍA? Tu misión será realizar proyectos de todo tipo de equipamiento de tecnología Fortinet para nuestros clientes. Tu día a día: Implementación técnica de la solución acordada con clientes, entendiendo previamente los requisitos y las necesidades de nuestros clientes. Seguimiento periódico del proyecto. Documentación del proyecto y paso a explotación. Revisión y seguimiento económico del proyecto (RFS, reconocimiento de ingresos, revisión de pedidos…) Formaciones o traspaso de conocimientos a nuestros clientes. Apoyo técnico a preventa/comercial de forma puntual.…
