Área de la Vacante Desde el área de Ingeniería y Soporte Externo de Telefónica Servicios Audiovisuales se prestan servicios de mantenimiento según los requisitos sobre SLA´s de los proyectos en ejecución. Principalmente integramos sistemas de producción digital y vídeo IP en entornos Broadcast de Televisión y Radio, donde se incluyen todos los procesos inherentes al mantenimiento, tanto preventivo como correctivo. ¿Cuáles serán tus principales funciones? Entre tus principales funciones destacan: Prestar el servicio de soporte para sistemas de producción digital. Participar en la resolución de incidencias como segundo nivel de soporte.
