Como Restaurant Supervisor, serás responsable de supervisar y garantizar el buen funcionamiento de los restaurantes en tu área o franja horaria, contribuyendo al éxito del hotel mediante la excelencia en el servicio y la satisfacción del cliente. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Controlar y asegurar los procedimientos de inventarios diarios y mensuales de vajilla, cristalería, cubertería y elementos decorativos. Supervisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de reporte de EISI y el seguimiento general del departamento. Gestionar el mantenimiento preventivo y la limpieza profunda de la maquinaria del departamento de bares.
