The Role We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Aircall. This is a unique role where you will act as our founding designer. It is a fast, lean, and obsessively accountable. You will be the design voice of the product: the person who owns the experience end-to-end, sets the quality bar, and makes the calls that shape how thousands of sales people interact with AI every day. This is not a role where you wait for tickets. You will improve what exists, fix the legacy we've accumulated while moving fast, and design what's coming next — the future of AI in voice and communication.
