Base formativa en Ciencias Actuariales, Matemáticas o Estadística, y experiencia en entornos técnicos dentro del sector asegurador (especialmente no vida). Experiencia previa en áreas de control técnico y familiaridad con marcos como Solvencia II (SII) e IFRS 17. Capacidad para desenvolverse en entornos internacionales (nivel intermedio-alto de inglés). Interés y predisposición por la programación y el uso de herramientas actuariales. Organizada y metódica, con capacidad para estructurar bien su trabajo y priorizar tareas. Dinámica, resolutiva y con iniciativa, con ganas de aprender y seguir desarrollándose. Con mentalidad analítica y enfoque técnico, pero también con visión práctica.
