About the role: In Fever, we are looking for a person to join the Product Operations Team, helping us launch and scale products and business lines. The tasks will consist of the following: Digital products’ operational setup: support the operational setup and go-to-market of new products and tools, shaping their operating model end-to-end. Backend & Tools Management: creation, configuration, monitoring and ongoing maintenance of products and experiences across the backends of multiple internal and external tools (Fever's back office, ticketing and distribution platforms, Salesforce, CRM and other systems). Process Definition: define core operational processes from zero, testing and iterating on them before rolling them out at scale.…
