Primary Function of Position: The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring and acts as an experienced subject matter, working closely with HR team and line managers on understanding profile and scope, identifying internal and external talent, managing candidates, providing feedback to all stakeholders, hiring talents and ensuring the successful onboarding of candidates while contributing to the effectiveness of HR processes and activities throughout the region.
