¿Qué vas a hacer en Allianz? Mantener y evolucionar los planes de respuesta ante crisis, incluyendo los Crisis Solution Plans (CSPs), los planes de emergencia de las diferentes ubicaciones (ER Plans) y los procedimientos de coordinación de incidentes, asegurando su coherencia y actualización. Diseñar, coordinar y ejecutar ejercicios y simulacros de crisis y emergencia, incluyendo al menos dos ejercicios anuales de gestión de crisis, uno de naturaleza cibernética y otro no cibernético, además de los escenarios de emergencia correspondientes a las diferentes sedes. Analizar los resultados de ejercicios e incidentes reales, elaborando debriefing reports, identificando las lecciones aprendidas y transformándolas en planes de acción concretos para impulsar la mejora continua.…
