About the Job As BPM Specialist, your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations, defining external procurement processes as well as automation, standardization, reporting and handling large volumes of data. What you do Defining/evolving CT1GER-specific external procurement processes. Managing the Guided Buying process (External Spend Request, Legal Check, TPRM Check, Cost Check). Coordinating and managing external providers/vendors on an ongoing basis. Supporting maintenance of organizational structure master data (teams, team leads, deputies, dispatchers). Supporting reorganizations in ServiceNow. Contributing to dispatching process documentation/training.
