Queremos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Soporte e Infraestructuras IT Air Dominance con experiencia en administración de sistemas, virtualización, seguridad y gestión de servicios IT para unirse a proyectos de infraestructuras tecnológicas críticas para programas de ingeniería y Defensa. 💡 ¿Qué harás? Administrar y mantener entornos Windows Server, Linux/RHEL, Active Directory, DNS y plataformas VMware. Resolver incidencias complejas de nivel 3, realizar análisis de causa raíz y coordinar acciones correctivas. Gestionar incidencias, problemas, cambios y peticiones garantizando la calidad y trazabilidad del servicio.
