About the Role We are looking for a proactive and curious trainee to join Almirall’s Talent Acquisition Strategy & Employer Branding area within the Talent Strategy team. Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Associate Director, you will provide operational, administrative and project support across global Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives. You will contribute to executive recruitment processes, talent attraction activities related to the implementation of global Talent Acquisition, onboarding and employer branding improvement strategies, while gaining direct exposure to innovative People & Culture practices in an international ad highly specialized environment.…
