OPERATIONS Comprobar los suministros de las habitaciones y reponer artículos faltantes, siguiendo los estándares. Mantener una comunicación regular con las camareras de pisos y con el resto de departamentos. Atender las necesidades o inquietudes los clientes. Proporcionar material a las housekeeper o a los clientes, como por ejemplo almohadas, cunas,edredones. Mantener los pasillos de las habitaciones de los clientes limpios y ordenados. Preparar con los suministros necesarios los offices, mantenerlos según las necesidades diarias. Comprobar si hay problemas técnicos o de seguridad en la habitación e informar de ellos a mantenimiento. Entregar y recuperar los artículos prestados a los clientes, por ejemplo, plancha y tablas de planchar.…
