The Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring inbound, inventory, and outbound activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with customer expectations. This role oversees Team Leaders and operational teams, drives performance against safety, quality, service, and productivity targets, and acts as a key operational contact for customers. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the Operations Supervisor supports continuous improvement initiatives, inventory accuracy, and operational excellence while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and compliance.
