We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in personnel administration, payroll coordination, and employee relations to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and serve as the local liaison with the HR department of the company's international group. Reporting directly to the Finance & Human Resources Director, this role is highly operational in nature and offers a high degree of autonomy in managing core HR administration processes.
