While our BD team is out securing the world’s best promoters, events, and attractions, we provide the analytical firepower that maximizes their performance. We leverage data to shape where we focus, how we structure our teams, and how we define success. Working closely with BizOps and Sales Enablement, our decisions are data-driven from the highest strategic level down to individual team productivity. We don't just report numbers; we architect the strategy and build the operational frameworks that allow our global supply to scale efficiently.
