Descripción del puesto Misión: Acompañar y apoyar a los trabajadores con discapacidad para que superen las barreras personales, sociales o laborales que dificultan su rendimiento y su inclusión en un entorno productivo. Funciones a Realizar • Detectar necesidades de apoyo y elaborar planes individualizados de intervención. • Apoyar la adaptación al puesto de trabajo (técnica, organizativa y relacional). • Formar y entrenar en habilidades laborales y sociales. • Prestar apoyo personal (orientación psicológica, gestión de conflictos, motivación). • Coordinar con servicios externos (familias, servicios sociales, sanitarios, educativos) para garantizar una atención integral.…
