Job Ref ID: JR0086521 Your mission We are looking for a CRM Intern to join our Growth & CRM team within Courier/Rider Operations. This is a hands-on role where you will support the execution of lifecycle campaigns for our riders across 21 countries, and on top of that, help us rethink and automate how we work by building smarter, AI-powered workflows into our CRM operations. You will learn the fundamentals of lifecycle marketing at scale while shaping how we use AI and automation to make our processes faster, leaner, and more personalized.
