About the Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead KYC EDD/ODD to oversee our Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Ongoing Due Diligence (ODD) teams across French and Italian Markets. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong compliance expertise who’s passionate about developing people, optimizing processes, and ensuring regulatory excellence. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our KYC framework, driving operational performance, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across both markets. Working closely with our KYC Leadership Team, you’ll ensure consistent execution of policies, continuous improvement of due diligence processes, and effective collaboration across departments and markets.…
