What you do Create communication material and update our intranet site around total rewards, global mobility and performance management processes. Support the development and maintenance of compensation structures. Conduct market research and analyze salary benchmarking data. Help to harmonize compensation and performance management processes across all our locations. You will collaborate with the global team to evaluate and improve existing reward programs, such as employee recognition initiatives, benefits packages, and incentive schemes What you bring Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.…
