Primary Function of Position: The Service & Subscription Contract Coordinator will perform a full spectrum of contracts administration tasks including billing and negotiation of service contract and subscription renewals. Ensure all customer needs and requirements are attended to for all service contract related business. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service contracts and digital subscription addendums and documentation associated with renewals and offerings. Analyze contracts to ensure compliance to company policy, government regulations, and revenue recognition requirements. Enter and maintain service contracts for released products in the Contract Database.…
