Job Description: An opportunity for a Fighter Pilot Instructor Lead & Subject Matter Expert has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Training Solutions Team, leading the Spanish Trainer program perimeter. The team is dedicated to designing, developing, and delivering state-of-the-art ground training (theoretical instruction and simulators) for military aircrews. The jobholder will reinforce our training division, coordinating instructor teams, establising training needs, managing project deliverables, and applying cutting-edge technologies to ensure safe and efficient flight operations.
