Buscamos un/a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery con autonomía operativa, capaz de mantener y reforzar la dinámica ágil del equipo en el día a día. No buscamos a alguien que conozca Scrum solo de teoría: queremos una persona que ya haya trabajado con equipos ágiles reales, organizando Dailys, Sprint Plannings y retrospectivas, ayudando a desbloquear problemas y gestionando conflictos dentro del equipo. 💡 ¿Qué harás? Facilitar y liderar las ceremonias ágiles del equipo (Daily, Sprint Planning, retrospectivas). Identificar y desbloquear impedimentos de forma autónoma.
