Role Overview Our client operates a large-scale enterprise communications environment supporting business-critical collaboration, telephony, and video-conferencing services. We are looking for an experienced Cisco Collaboration & Video Conferencing Engineer with strong hands-on expertise across Cisco video conferencing, endpoints, telephony, SIP/H.323, and collaboration infrastructure. The role combines Level 2 operational support, troubleshooting, project participation, infrastructure health monitoring, vendor escalation, and local team coordination.
