About the Role: In the Product Specialist role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will wear many hats, and your work will have a real impact on the success of PriceLabs' customers and their businesses. Our customers love the support and service we provide, and your role will be to uphold those standards and set new ones. If you're looking to work in the B2B SaaS space, this is an opportunity for you to kickstart your career. This is a starting role at PriceLabs that will allow you to move to non-technical roles in different departments (Sales & Success, Marketing, Data Science, etc.) eventually.
