Dar soporte a todos los equipos de RM a nivel regional, OC y Hotel, asegurando la correcta ejecución de todas las Golden rules y procesos de MHI en tiempo y forma. Asimismo, junto al equipo de Revenue Strategy, llevar a cabo las auditorías y análisis necesarios de cara a optimizar el performance. Liderar la comunicación y recogida de información para la correcta ejecución de iniciativas y campañas globales. REPORTING Y PERFORMANCE Ø Dar soporte estratégico a un OC o área determinada, ya sea de manera específica o continuada Ø Desarrollo y mantenimiento de los reports locales y manuales necesarios para llegar donde no lleguen las herramientas oficiales Ø Máximo responsable de las herramientas de BI de RM desde el punto de vista de negocio.…
