The Opportunity UserWise is looking for an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to own the UI/UX discipline for a a mobile Free-to-Play game based on a globally recognized entertainment IP. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can translate game and product designs into clear flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes before significant art or engineering work begins. You will stay ahead of production, validate interactions early, identify usability problems before they become expensive production problems, and follow features through implementation to ensure the intended player experience survives into the final game. You will also mentor and work alongside an existing UI/UX Designer, helping establish stronger UX processes, patterns, and quality standards across the project.…
