¿Qué reto proponemos? Estamos buscando un/a administrador/a Remedy para un importante cliente del sector aeroespacial. El proyecto será presencial 4 días en las oficinas de Getafe y 1 en formato remoto ¿Qué buscamos? Un/a adminsitrador/a Remedy con dos años de experiencia con: • Administración de ITSM Remedy versiones 8, 9, DWP y SmartIT. • Carga de datos de CMDB y Foundation. • Familiaridad con módulos de BMC Remedy (Incident, Change, Asset Management). • Análisis y desarrollos sobre Remedy. • Informes y Dashboards: Manejo de Smart Reporting y Analytics. • Nivel de Inglés alto. • Proactividad y ganas de aprender. • Capacidad Analitica y trabajo en equipo. ¿Qué tenemos para ti?…
