Formando parte del equipo de Restructuring & Turnaround de EY Parthenon de nuestra oficina de Madrid prestarás servicios de asesoramiento financiero en operaciones de optimización de la gestión financiera, reestructuraciones de deuda, negociaciones de condiciones financieras con entidades, revisiones de planes de negocio como base de negociaciones en diferentes procesos como en el asesoramiento en procesos críticos de pre-insolvencia e insolvencia y proporcionarás asesoramiento financiero integral y apoyo a la gestión diaria en situaciones complejas o que requieran mejoras. Prestarás asesoramiento en: Independent Business Review (IBR) en procesos de refinanciación o desinversión y Business Review en procesos de redefinición estratégica, redimensionamiento de balance, etc.…
