About the role We're looking for a Design Lead to own design quality and team growth for one of our core product areas, working with a team of product designers. You'll bring deep experience designing consumer-facing products. Some of the work here also touches partner-facing surfaces, so experience designing for a business or professional user (even if that wasn't your primary focus) will help. What matters most is how you own outcomes and raise the bar for the team. You'll manage that team while staying close to the work, stepping in directly on the hardest design problems the team faces, rather than carrying a delivery workload of your own.…
