Role | We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities intern to oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of our apartments in Barcelona. The ideal candidate will have strong organization skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks at a time. Responsibilities | Day-to-Day Operations: Maintenance Coordination: Help coordinate daily maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs, electrical work, and appliance replacements. Vendor Management: Manage relationships and keep tabs with external contractors and vendors, including scheduling appointments and reviewing invoices.
