We’re looking for an experienced Head of Collections & Asset Recovery to lead our collections function and own performance across delinquent accounts, debt recovery and equipment repossession. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in B2C collections and a deep understanding of how to manage delinquency from early-stage intervention through hard collections and asset recovery. Responsibilities Own the overall collections and recovery strategy and performance of the department. Manage and develop the collections team, set targets, distribute workload and ensure consistent execution. Own key KPIs including collection rate, delinquency levels and asset recovery.
