Take full ownership of a BCN Micro-Fulfilment Center, transforming complex supply chain and store logistics into a flawless customer experience. You will build, mentor, and inspire a team of ~30 Front Line Employees and Leads while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through actionable data analysis. Partnering closely with cross-functional teams, you will scale operational efficiency and own the long-term success of the MFC business model. THE JOURNEY Be owner of part of the MFCs ES OKRs. Manage one MFCs of Barcelona (around 30 employees in charge). Manage a team of Picker and Couriers. Hire, train and mentor all the Team Members. Continuously facilitate analysis and dashboards to give visibility on the performance of the main operational KPIs.…
