Buscamos un mozo de equipaje (Luggage Porter) con vocación de servicio, atención al detalle y una actitud siempre orientada a ofrecer una cálida bienvenida. Serás una de las primeras impresiones del huésped a su llegada y un apoyo clave durante toda su estancia, contribuyendo a que disfrute de una experiencia excepcional en nuestro hotel. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Ofrecer atención personalizada, anticipando las necesidades y deseos de los huéspedes. Asesorar sobre actividades, gastronomía, cultura y lugares imprescindibles de la ciudad. Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar una experiencia fluida. Resolver incidencias con agilidad, siempre buscando la máxima satisfacción del huésped. ¿Qué buscamos? Experiencia en atención al cliente o concierge en hoteles de 4* o 5*.…
