Role | As a Property Management Coordinator at Ukio, your primary responsibility is to investigate and address maintenance issues that arise in Ukio's properties due to structural problems within the apartment, building, or issues related to landlord appliances. You will take ownership of the process for efficiently managing and resolving these issues while balancing the interests of both Ukio and the Landlord. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including landlords, insurance providers, external maintenance parties, Ukio´s acquisition,accounting and legal team. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, addressing a range of challenges and opportunities to ensure the timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.…
