ÁMBITO: HOTEL REPORTA A: HEAD CHEF/ EX. CHEF/STEWARDING MANAGER ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? OPERATIONS Cumplir con las instrucciones de su jefe inmediato en cuanto a tareas y obligaciones que se le asignen, verificando que cuenta con todo el equipo y suministros necesarios para desempeñar su labor, manejando adecuadamente el mismo para evitar desperdicio y mermas. Recoger de las áreas de servicio: loza, cristalería, plaqué y los distintos utensilios de preparación de los alimentos y procede a su limpieza, utilizando los detergentes y cumpliendo con los procedimientos de limpieza adecuados y almacenándolos en los lugares asignados para ser usados nuevamente.…
