En Airport Suites Hotel buscamos incorporar un/a Recepcionista para unirse a nuestro equipo de Front Office. Buscamos una persona dinámica, orientada al cliente y con vocación de servicio, que quiera formar parte de un hotel comprometido con la excelencia y la satisfacción de nuestros huéspedes. Funciones principales Recepción y atención de huéspedes durante el proceso de check-in y check-out. Atención telefónica y respuesta a consultas por correo electrónico. Resolución de incidencias y seguimiento de las solicitudes de los clientes. Coordinación con los diferentes departamentos del hotel para garantizar un servicio de calidad. Gestión de cobros, facturación y cierre de caja. Información y asesoramiento a los huéspedes sobre los servicios del hotel y la oferta turística de Madrid.…
