Marine Claims Specialist AXA XL is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Madrid, Spain The successful candidate will work within the Marine Claims Department handling Marine claims, including Cargo, Freight Forwarders Liability, Logistics, Marine Liability and other specialty Marine lines, both local and under international programs. The role holder will be responsible for the setup, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of all assigned claims. As a Marine Claims Specialist, he/she is expected to have strong claims management capabilities and technical expertise to handle complex marine losses involving cargo damage, theft, transportation incidents, supply chain disruptions, multimodal transport exposures, contractual liabilities, recoveries and subrogation opportunities.…
