Buscamos un maletero (Luggage Porter) con vocación de servicio, atención al detalle y una actitud siempre orientada a ofrecer una cálida bienvenida. Serás una de las primeras impresiones del huésped a su llegada y un apoyo clave durante toda su estancia, contribuyendo a que disfrute de una experiencia excepcional en nuestro hotel. ¿Qué tendrás que hacer? Ofrecer atención personalizada, anticipando las necesidades y deseos de los huéspedes. Asesorar sobre actividades, gastronomía, cultura y lugares imprescindibles de la ciudad. Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar una experiencia fluida. Resolver incidencias con agilidad, siempre buscando la máxima satisfacción del huésped. ¿Qué buscamos?
