Primary Objective of Position M anagement and recording of all documents for billing. Orders. Credit notes. (Cancellations and corrections, returns and determinations) call to external customers. (Information from price, references, expiration dates, troubleshooting, confirmation of shipments, queries to the stock of emergency, etc.) Major Accountabilities Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements. Call internal clients. Commercial people, managers and staff of service mainly. Management of incidents in billing and competitions, in collaboration with the Department of credit and collections.
