About the role We're looking for someone to take ownership of how partners and internal teams learn our product, and to keep raising the bar on clarity and quality as they do it. You'll be the driving force behind how we teach, document, and train, from the Help Center partners turn to first, to the videos and live sessions that get new hires up to speed. You'll turn briefs from our Product and Product Marketing teams into content and training that's clear, engaging, and genuinely self serve, and you'll use AI tools every day to produce scripts, articles, and training decks quickly and to a high standard. Day to day, this means you'll: Own and grow the Fever Help Center, and build and maintain our tutorial video library, scripting and producing a clear walkthrough for every feature.…
