Formarás parte del equipo de Asesoría Jurídica Interna, colaborando en el asesoramiento legal a las distintas áreas de la firma. Tendrás la oportunidad de conocer de cerca el funcionamiento de un departamento jurídico corporativo, desarrollar una visión transversal de la organización y adquirir experiencia práctica en un entorno dinámico, profesional y orientado al aprendizaje continuo. Responsabilidades: Constitución de sociedades y UTEs. Llevanza de secretarías de las entidades que conforman la Firma en España. Preparación de actas y certificaciones para la adopción de acuerdos sociales (otorgamiento de poderes, ampliaciones y reducciones de capital, etc.).…
