Job Description: The jobholder will be responsible for: · Lead, motivate and develop the team of QA (Quality Assurance) engineers. · Acting as focal point of QA engineers towards other areas. · Reporting to Head of Quality Plant. · Preparation of executive summaries and KPIs. · Harmonization of activities and practices within QAs team. · Promoting a preventive quality mindset within the production/AIT teams, ensuring the implementation of basic quality processes (Non Conformities management, Root Cause Analisis, NRB, quality authorization, operational surveillance, etc…). · Ensure the QA team provides the quality documentation such as the Quality Assurance Plan, Quality Control Plan, inspection reports, etc., for the different projects.…
